By accessing or using GoTripNest (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

GoTripNest is an online travel agency (OTA) that connects travelers with third-party travel suppliers — including airlines and hotel operators — to facilitate bookings. GoTripNest acts as an intermediary; the actual travel services are provided by the respective suppliers.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• All information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email with a booking reference.
• Prices may change between search and checkout due to real-time supplier pricing. The final price shown at payment is the price you pay.
• Payment is processed by PCI DSS-compliant third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full card details.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by supplier and fare type. The specific policy applicable to your booking is displayed before you confirm your reservation and in your booking confirmation. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for general guidelines.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or security.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission.
• Submit false or misleading information in bookings or reviews.
• Resell or commercially exploit bookings made through the Platform.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of GoTripNest or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

GoTripNest facilitates bookings but does not operate airlines, hotels, or other travel services. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for service quality, delays, cancellations, or changes made by travel suppliers.
• Our liability for any claim arising from the Platform is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific booking in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoTripNest operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
